2003 Soccer Buzz Postseason Awards All Soccer Buzz Awards are voted on by NCAA Division I Coaches, and Soccer Buzz Staff.* All 298 Schools sponsoring women's soccer in 2003 were eligible for national and regional awards. 13 Schools sponsored soccer for the first time at the Division I level in 2003.
