2004 Soccer Buzz Postseason Awards All Soccer Buzz Awards are voted on by NCAA Division I Coaches, and Soccer Buzz Staff.* All 306 Schools sponsoring women's soccer in 2004 were eligible for national and regional awards. 8 Schools sponsored soccer for the first time at the Division I level in 2004.
