      Huskies had huge opening weekend knocking off Top 25 teams as Taylor assisted on game-winner versus Penn State and had Golden Goal in 2-1 OT win over Ohio State
Katie Thorlakson Notre Dame Forward Junior
      With 3 goals and 2 assists in 7-2 win over Baylor, became first Irish in six years to factor into five scoring plays in one game; added assist versus Eastern Illinois
Camie Bybee Florida State Midfielder Senior
      Led Seminoles to big wins over Pac-10 teams with goal and assist against Arizona State and drew foul leading to PK goal versus USC
Shannon Foley Virginia Midfielder Sophomore
      Had a goal and assist in both games against East Carolina and Miami FL, identical 4-0 victories for the Hoos

Susan Marschall Boston University Defender Junior
      Helped shutdown Boston College with stop at goal line of 2nd half shot in 1-0 upset of BC and then added a goal in 2-1 victory over UMass as BU allowed just 3 shots
Ashley Phillips Clemson Keeper Freshman
      Sensational college debut facing over 40 shots total from Texas and Texas A&M and making 14 saves as Clemson posted two early upsets including 1-0 shutout of Longhorns
